John Scholes Medal

The John Scholes Medal was first awarded to the Player of the Men's 1st XI Grand Final in the 2003/04 season after the passing of former Victorian Player + Coach and Victorian Premier Cricket Legend John Scholes. The Player of the Final Medal originated in the 2001/02 season as the Cricket Victoria Medal, however was changed to recognise the contribution of 'Barrel' to the sport.
