Northcote Cricket Club is seeking an experienced, driven, and highly engaged 1st XI Coach to lead and support the club’s premier playing group as part of an evolving high-performance cricket program.

This newly created role reflects the club’s commitment to building a stronger performance

environment, improving player development pathways, and creating sustained on-field success.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Director of Coaching, club leadership, and playing group to drive standards, preparation, tactical development, and player growth within the 1st XI program.
