Toorak Park will once again take centre stage on Australia Day as Victorian Premier Cricket crowns its T20 champions, with two blockbuster Grand Finals set to deliver high-quality cricket.

Women’s T20 Grand Final - 10am start
Melbourne CC vs Essendon Maribyrnong Park Ladies CC
Both teams enter Monday's final with identical records through the home-and-away season having won 6 lost 1 and the final round no result from their 8 matches. Melbourne comfortably took the points when the two teams faced each other back in October as the Bombers were dismissed for just 96 and the Demons chased the total for the loss of one wicket with 41 balls to spare. However, we expect this game to be much closer with both teams at full strength and looking to add another piece of silverware to their already well stocked cabinets.
Men’s T20 Grand Final - 2:30pm start
Richmond CC vs Footscray CC
The men’s Grand Final pits the two best performed teams from the T20 matches held in November and December who both finished unbeaten from their 5 fixtured matches.
In their quarter finals, Richmond survived a nail-biter against Casey South Melbourne under DLS conditions. Footscray comfortably prevailed against Fitzroy-Doncaster under DLS conditions having only lost the one-wicket. Unfortunately, Melbourne's weather intervened for the semi-finals and both teams advanced without a ball being bowled having finished in the higher position on the ladder.
It is sure to be an exciting contest with both teams looking to end a silverware drought.
